In recent years Xinjiang actively response to the call of the "public entrepreneurship, innovation and peoples’, will continue to introduce a number of Whaley policies to encourage public entrepreneurship and innovation, around the state and corps established many Pioneering Park, in a certain extent led to the economic development in Xinjiang, also helping a group of small entrepreneurial firms. Issued by 2015 the public entrepreneurship index showed, the Xinjiang region exist greater demand for entrepreneurship,however in Xinjiang public entrepreneurship index is far below the levels in other parts of the country,small and medium business enterprise results is not optimistic, how to improve the Xinjiang region in the small business enterprise survival rate and the level of development has become a realistic problem urgently to be studied.The significance of this research is reflected in: in theory, we can sort out the relationship between social network, entrepreneurial strategy and entrepreneurial performance, and also contribute to the research of small and medium sized enterprises in Xinjiang. In fact, for the introduction of a more appropriate policy of small and medium enterprises in the Xinjiang region has a guiding significance, can improve the entrepreneur to build social network relationships and rational matching of entrepreneurial strategy awareness.This paper explores the relationship between social network and entrepreneurial performance in small and medium sized enterprises in Xinjiang. First of all, the theoretical basis, concept, research perspective,type, dimension and measurement of the three variables are studied. Then, it puts forward the hypothesis,construct the model, carry on the variable measure and the questionnaire design and release the recovery.Descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, regression analysis and other empirical analysis were carried out to recover the questionnaire. Discuss the relationship between the test results and the test results.Finally, the conclusions and management implications, limitations and future prospects.In research and exploration, this text mainly adopted the three methods: first, the literature research method, through the related literature at home and abroad retrieval and reading determined research background, research to solve the problems, clear research variables of the concept, the related theories, the dimensions. Second,questionnaire survey method, to Xinjiang Urumqi, Shihezi, Wujiaqu, Changji City area small entrepreneurial enterprises as the research object of data collection, the collected 329 data as the basis of empirical research.Third, empirical research method, with the help of SPSS and other data processing software, to study the collected data for a number of analysis and test, and finally verify the hypothesis proposed by this research.This paper, putting forward 16 hypotheses about the relationship between entrepreneurial corporate social network, entrepreneurial strategy and entrepreneurial performance, and all of them have been tested by SPSS regression analysis. Namely: social network on entrepreneurial performance produced positive effect; social network of strategic entrepreneurship has a positive impact; entrepreneurial strategy on business performance has a positive impact; entrepreneurial strategy between the formal social networks and entrepreneurial performance plays a partial intermediary role; Strategic Entrepreneurship in informal social networks and entrepreneurial performance to fully mediated..This paper proves that there is a certain direct and indirect relationship between the social network and entrepreneurial performance of the small and medium sized enterprises in Xinjiang, and entrepreneurial strategy plays an important role as a bridge between the social network and entrepreneurial performance. In theory, conforms to the social network theory, entrepreneurial strategy theory, entrepreneurial performance theory, explain thesis theoretical model building is reasonable. In practice, consistent with actual situation, reflects small and medium-sized business enterprises need to improve the survival and development ability in Xinjiang.
