With the rapid development of society and economy, human resources characterized with knowledge, skills and intelligence, now become one of the particular resources outside material capital such as means of production. As the most valuable and potential resources in enterprise development and competition, human resource become the key factors that make enterprises success, and it is also the basis of enterprise human resource management.Recruitment,which is considered the basic work of human resource management, is the main way to obtain high quality talents for enterprises and determines the quality of the talents of the enterprise. Therefore, the improvement of the recruitment system is an important part of the enterprise to obtain human resources, is the core competitiveness of enterprises, the key to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise.Based on the above arguments, this paper takes the MT company’s human resources system optimization as a starting point, and discusses from the following aspects:Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of this research and puts forward the research contents and methods.Secondly, according to the relevant theory of human resources recruitment and recruitment system, it analyzes the MT company’s human resources status, recruitment status, and finds out the problem in the recruitment system implementation process, such as, the recruitment management’s concept— "Recruitment is the complement of personnel gap", the lack of job analysis and recruitment assessment in the recruitment process, the mismatching of the person and position due to the lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation tools. and finally it puts forward the direction to optimize human resources system in MT company.Third and last, combined with the problems in MT company recruitment system construction and implementation process, it proposed optimum plans to establish a human resource planning matched with the company’s strategy, to improve it’s job system and competency system,to optimize recruitment process and carry out recruitment assessment, and finally verified the effectiveness through recruitment practices.
