| China’s aging problem has become more and more severe these years, which has increased the pressure of every single family on aged-care. On the other hand, it has also makes great opportunities for various kinds of investment institutions to pension industry. The thesis first analyzes the status quo of the aged-care communities at home and abroad, including policies and regulations, the modes of aged-care communities, how insurance industry takes part in the construction of the communities and the feasibility of insurance industry to invest the aged-care communities. By comparison of the conditions of home and abroad, the thesis has found the weak points of China’s construction of aged-care communities. Finally a certain approach to improving aged-care communities is found, and suggestions are given to insurance institutions as well as insurance regulators on how to establish a Chinese model of aged-care service.From the perspective of insurance industry, the thesis researches how to use insurance expertise to build high quality aged-care communities, so as to relieve pressure on China’s aged-care problems, and lead the trend of aged-care. |
