| The research on human resources management’s influence on regional economic development has always been the focus of academic research, strategic human resource management is a new development stage of human resource management, with the deepening of the research on strategic human resource management, strategic human resource management is no longer limited to the scope of a microscopic organization,turned to a macro level of organization strategic human resource management, a local city can be regarded as an amplified organization under certain management structure, Jiang Xi province is an important part of the six provinces, the study of strategic human resource management in Jiang Xi province is not only the requirement of economic development,but also an important part of the empirical analysis of the research for some provinces.From macroscopic perspective on regional economic development, using logistic regression model and the stepwise regression method to analysis time series data from1995 to 2012 in Jiang Xi province, Hu Bei province and Hu Nan province, the aim is to study the strategic human resource management’s influence on regional economic development. A six factors regression model about GDP per capita is built by analyzing the formal research on human resource management and regional economic development.These factors are three industrial employment labor, budget for education spending, fixed asset investment, professional and technical personnel. Conclude from the results, from1995 to 2012, the largest impact factor on per capita GDP is the second industry employment number in Jiang Xi province; the first industry employment number has a negative correlation with per capita; the contribution of fiscal expenditures for education industry can promote the economic development, and their correlation is remarkable. To test and verify the feasibility of the above analysis model, this paper also have an analysis on another two other provinces in the central region, they are Hu Nan province and Hu Bei province. The data of below 7 factors also have a same regression analysis and the sametype validation. Finally, the paper put forward the strategy of the optimization of strategic human resource management in Jiang Xi province. In this paper, due to the limitations of data acquisition, it has certain limitations in terms of sample size; because other provinces statistical yearbook lack of related subjects, and only two provinces verification, so the results of validation scope is limited. |
