The Research On The Influence Of Residential Permit System For Migrant Workers Under The Horizon Of Social Justice

The implementation of residential permit system is the necessary requirement of promoting urbanization of migrant workers and the transition of the household registration system reform. After in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee, the State Council emphasizes the implementation of the residential permit system, exerts to achieve a complete coverage of the population of permanent residents basic public service,they introduce “The interim regulations on residential permit”.Obviously the government attaches great importance to the implementation of the residential permit system.As the residential permit system is well underway,its effect on urbanization of migrant workers is becoming more and more profound.Because it is an important link in the household registration system reform,bearing the weight of the arduous duties of promoting urbanization of migrant workers,we should pay more attention to promote the implementation of the residential permit system towards the relatively fair direction of developing urbanization of migrant workers.This article from the perspective of social justice to study the effect of urbanization of residence permit system for migrant workers.Theimplementation of the residence permit system, the urbanization of rural migrant workers have a positive role. Migrant workers hold a residence permit will be housing, social security, employment, children education,etc, to obtain equal public services and power with urban residents, and is advantageous to the transformation of migrant workers, let the real into urban life.Residence permit system for migrant workers to bring these improvements to lay a good foundation for their further become citizens,promoted the process of the urbanization of rural migrant workers.But at the same time, we also want to see the residence permit system limitations, the role of citizenization of migrant workers because of the residence permit system is in full implementation stage, itself is not too perfect, there are some aspects as well as between regions and between the workers themselves exist different urbanization level, so the effect of urbanization of residence permit system for migrant workers still have some limitations. It still faces many challenges, we must to solve.This article selects the different areas of the degree of urbanization and rural migrant workers, to handle the residence permit of the different conditions were analyzed, aimed to find the residence permit system limitations, the role of citizenization of migrant workers and analyzes the main factors restricting the urbanization of rural migrant workers out of the residence permit system, further explore the social justice horizon, by perfecting the residence permit system to promote the healthy and orderly development of the urbanization of rural migrant workers. Hope that through my shallow analysis of the residence permit system better able to promote the development of the urbanization of rural migrant workers have some effect.
