Qingdao A Hotel is a new five star hotel. The hotel is in its initial important development period. Now this hotel is managed very well. However, as an international tourism city,Qingdao’s tourism market is full of competition, and hotel industry is one of key parts of Tourism induystry. So the hotel industry is also full of competition. There are so many famous Qingdao’s local hotels and global brand hotels in Qingdao. These hotels are creating a great pressure for A Hotel.From the perspective of human resources, A Hotel’s performance evaluation management is very week. The initial performance evaluation management didn’t motivate the staff in a good way. Therefore, the staff were not satisfied about it. Moreover, many employees left office. So it will be significant to improve the performance evaluation management in A Hotel.This paper, based on the Strategic Management and Human Resources Management,analyzes the problems of performance evaluation in A Hotel. And a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system is created in this paper.
