Logistics plays a very important role in the multinational corporation management, is also the important industry to promote the development of national economy. On the other hand, the logistics operation also has many negative problems on the environment. A series of environment problems to emerge unceasingly, the call for development of low carbon logistics is becoming more and more intense, the way of low carbon logistics for multinational companies is imperative. At first, this paper compares the foreign multinational companies and Chinese multinationals, the development situation of low carbon logistics can be seen from the comparison, Chinese multinationals carbon emissions measure still has great lack. Against the status quo, this paper analyzes the influence of low-carbon logistics in our country respectively from the government, financial institutions and multinational companies three aspects. In terms of government, this paper analyzes the function of the government laws for multinational companies developing low-carbon logistics; In terms of financial institutions, this paper makes a preliminary exploration of the financial institutions to participate in the carbon financial markets; In multinational companies aspects, the influences of the development of low carbon logistics are the logistics facilities, information technology and professional talents. Finally, in view of the government, financial institutions and multinational companies, which affect the development of low carbon logistics in our country, combined with the development experience of foreign multinationals, this article proposes countermeasure for our country developing low-carbon logistics.
