Evaluation Study On The Utilization Efficiency Of Constrution Land In He Bei Province

After the founding of new China,China begins to implement the strategy of the development of socialist industrialization relying on the way of resource investment to stimulate economic development. After the reform and opening up, population of our country grow rabidly, the area of cultivated land is gradually decreasing. Limited land resources make the area of arable land in China gradually dry up, at the same time, the waste of land resources and extensive use of land have seriously hindered the process of China’s new urbanization.This paper bases on the scarcity of land resources and the current situation of land use in China, chose the construction land of Hebei province as the representation, study on the utilization efficiency of construction land in Hebei province:First, learning the significance of topic selectionbasic concepts, the present situation of land research at home and abroad, research method and theories of land, understanding the basic concepts of urban land and land efficiency, summarizing the existing research conclusions of China and abroad and existing evaluation model;Second, based on the theory of learning and research, study the existing research methods and research ideas, focus on learning the evaluation index and evaluation model. On the basis of studying and integrating all the studies, this paper selects part of evaluation index, established the model of Hebei province;Thirdly, through statistical yearbook of the relevant data statistics, the data corresponding to each decision making unit is obtained, After, using DEA method to make quantitative study. In the analysis of the construction land use efficiency of Hebei Province, select date during 2007-2013, use longitudinal analysis method and transverse analysis method, compare the land use efficiency in every city in Hebei Province.Finally, come to a dicision. By analyzing the factors influencing the land use efficinency, improve the incalid DMU, offer suggestions, strive to improve the level of land saving and intensive use of our province, so as to improve the land use efficiency.
