Discussion On Regional Construction Land Saving And Intensive Utilization

Land resources are the material basis of a country and its inhabitants.Our country is in the process of social economy and urbanization,it needs a lot of land resources.In the current land use classification,there are three major types of agricultural land,construction land and unused land.And now the city construction land occupied,mostly through the conversion of agricultural land expropriation for construction land for agricultural land,reduce the amount for China's agricultural production has brought tremendous pressure,but also the social stability for the future potential problems,such as problems of landless farmers,agricultural products shortage and so on.Therefore,how to save intensive land use is becoming more and more important.This paper through the research on regional data collection and collation,qualitative analysis,land use status of the quantitative evaluation and comprehensive analysis of the study area,the construction area of the study area of land saving and intensive utilization of land,at the same time than a day with the level of the city about the intensive use situation,summed up a regional construction research the area of land saving and intensive utilization,and application prospect and direction of the research results to be clear,put forward the construction of regional land saving and intensive policy recommendations.
