| In recent years, Yining City has greatly accelerated the process of urbanization, large-scale farmers’ land was expropriated, resulting in a large number of landless peasants in the city. After they lost their lands means that farmers relying on the land for generations also lost their original natural means of livelihood and basic security. Urbanization is an irreversible fact, and landless peasants issues is tightly related to the sustainable development of rural and social stability. And what’s more, Yining City is a minority enclave,so that it is urgent to solve its employment problem. After the survival of land expropriation, how to seek new survival skills and support basic living problems become landless farmers first need to face. After the expropriation of land in a short period of time, landless peasants can rely on one-time relocation started to eke out a living, but installation costs are not sustainable. When the placement fee vanished, landless farmers were out of a stable source of income and basic life was difficult to guarantee, the survival of the attendant come by. Landless peasants lost their lands at this stage and had no other living skills, they brought some hidden dangers to social stability. If the peasants can not find a stable job, do not have a relatively stable income, it is impossible to have a relatively long-term and stable life. It has a great significance to secure the landless peasants basic needs, increase employment opportunities for landless peasants and look for stable social support and protection in this case. Only by further improving Yining landless peasants employment insurance system can we improve the development and people’s living standards and social stability, long-term stability of the results.This study took the landless peasants in Yining Han Bin Village as a sample. Regarding their employment status after losing lands as a case, it analyzed from the institutional factors, economic factors and its own factors. The thesis consists of five parts. The first part is an introduction, including a comprehensive introduction to the article research background, purpose, theoretical significance, practical significance, and commentary about landless peasants definition and theoretical analysis of these issues and domestic and foreign research concerns. These provide scientific research ideas and theoretical basis for the article study. The second part is mainly about the status of Yining landless peasants employment. It takes an overview of Yining City landless peasants situation. And it explores the problem of landless peasants Yining currently in the course of employment encountered. Data analysis is based on questionnaire and interview material collected. The third part is based on research and data analysis, to generalize the impact of individual factors Yining landless peasants employment include: limitations of traditional ideas and landless farmers themselves, low cultural level, the lack of professionalism and other skills. And socio-economic factors include: economic restructuring, land acquisition compensation mechanism, job training mechanisms.
