In a competitive market, many companies choose the supply chain management system, in order to give full play to their advantages and obtain the market leading position. The proper suppliers could enhance the core company’s production efficiency as well improve the supply chain’s competitiveness. So evaluating suppliers’ performance scientifically helps to find the proper suppliers. And it is also very important to the sustainable development of the core company and the whole supply chain. Due to the inevitable constraints, the decision makers couldn’t obtain all the necessary information when they make the decision. So they would make some fuzzy decision depend on their experience and knowledge. Therefore, it is common that the real decision is mixed by the certain and fuzzy information.On the basis of the phenomenon about poor portability and weak guidance of the supplier evaluating index, the study structures the supplier evaluating model and proposes the advanced algorithm to solve the model after exploring the research of the supplier performance index and method. Finally, the study gets the satisfactory result.Firstly, to review the supplier evaluation index and method in recent years, summarize the theory about evaluation index and method, and compare their advantages and disadvantages.Then, to analyze the characteristics of supplier evaluation in supply chain, research the feasibility of evaluating the supplier’s performance by the SCOR mode, structure the supplier evaluation system based on the SCOR mode which consists of cost dimension, delivering performance dimension and environment-friendly dimension while considering the importance of green and sustainable supply chain.To solve the multiple attribute group decision with the hybrid decision information, improvement suggestions about the normalization of attribute and selection of the ideal point are given, and utilize the advanced hybrid TOPSIS to solve the supplier evaluation model.Finally, to apply the proposed supplier evaluation model and advanced hybrid TOPSIS to a welding workshop in a company. And the result forms the basis of suppliers’ performance’s improvement.
