The change include with flattening global market environment, the trend of using electronic information is low-cost, the rapid development of the competitive environment, and rapidly changing competitive environment, they make businesses operate has become increasingly complex. Therefore the task-oriented mode of operation of the virtual team is more widely accepted. Virtual teams can overcome the limitations of time and space to achieve the integration human and computer resources. For organizational management, the change of collaborative model is a new big challenge in virtual team. Therefore, find the best way to effectively improve the team cooperation and explore ways to establish trust within a virtual team is becoming the core of scholars and management practices concerned. How best to improve the cooperation model of team members, to improve team performance is a core factor in the theory and practice of management in recent years. Swift trust as an important factor in establishing and maintaining the work team, it is significant to enhance and improve team performance.In this study, I focused on swift trust, based the process model of team learning, built the research model with three variables, including swift trust, team learning and team performance. This paper mainly research the effect of swift trust on virtual team performance, and intermediary role of team learning play between the two variables. Team learning including four dimensions: discovery communication feedback and innovation. Team performance including three dimensions: task performance, personal development capability, satisfaction. Select the virtual team members as the research object, through the online questionnaire, in sum to collect 304 valid questionnaires. Through statistical methods, such as factor analysis, regression analysis, mediating effects test and one-way ANOVA analysis, the hypothesis of this study is validated.The data analysis results show that swift trust have different significant effect on three dimensions of the team performance, task performance, personal development capability, satisfaction, swift trust and personal development capability has the strongest correlation in the three dimensions. Team learning acts a mediation role between swift trust and team performance. And this research make a discussed the mechanism of interactions between the three variables. Finally, this study put forward management suggestion around three aspects, building efficient virtual teams; establish a mechanism to enhance the swift trust in virtual team; the process management of team learning.
