Along with the rapid development of innovation and “Internet plus” action,more enterprises and organizations use the Internet platform to form the temporary team of inter-department and inter department,which aims to improve work efficiency and enhance their competitiveness.However,it is a real contradiction that affects the trust between the team members and results in weak cohesion and low team performance,such as the inherent vulnerability of the temporary team and the short-term nature of the task.To solve this problem,it is necessary to establish a swift trust for the temporary team to enhance team cohesion and improve team performance.After collating and summarizing the research and practice of domestic and foreign scholars achievements and taking temporary team as the center,it put out research hypothesis,constructed a theoretical model and analyzed the relationship between swift trust,team cohesion and team performance.The experimental data were obtained through questionnaire survey.Then use SPSS software to analyze the data,verify the research hypothesis and theoretical model,and put forward the suggestions about improving team performance during temporary team work,and enhancing the research in theory and reference value in practice guidance.First of all,this paper introduced the research background,significance and research purposes and methods.On this basis,it summarized the connotation and influence related dimensions of four factors,which contained temporary team,swift trust,team performance,team cohesion.Then it put forward the viewpoint,elaborated the hypothesized relationships between variables and research and established a research model.Secondly,according to the theoretical model,it proposed the corresponding questionnaire design collected and distributed by Baidu mobile cloud testing platform MTC.Then it analyzed the reliability and validity of the collected data,eliminated the measurement projects which did not conform to the requirement,and revised the initial questionnaire based on the results.Again,it conducts the revised questionnaire survey,and makes reliability test and Bartlett alpha validity test.Then using SPSS software to do descriptive statistical analysis,single factor analysis and regression analysis,it verifies the hypothesis and theoretical model.The results show that in the temporary team,swift trust effects on the positive impact on team performance and team cohesion significantly,team cohesion has significant positive effect on team performance,and team cohesion plays a completely mediating role between swift trust and team performance.Finally,this paper summarizes the research conclusion.According to the conclusion of,it puts forward some suggestions on how to produce high team performance in the temporary team work.First,it needs to establish an effective communication mechanism to form a rapid trust.Second,it is necessary to improve the team's awareness and enhance team cohesion.Third,it always needs to pay more attention to the ability construction of team members and the whole team.Moreover,it further explains the shortcomings and the future research directions of this paper.
