| The recent global financial crisis which began in 2008 and spread to China in the year of 2009 had negative impact on industries in various fields. Facing the severe challenges brought by the financial crisis, domestic companies have to rethink and re-examine their own strategies. Therefore, only operational path changing and strategies adjusting can they survive which could bring about a chain reaction of adjustment in strategic human resource management and measures.In this paper, setting a background of global financial crisis which spread gradually in the year of 2009, starting from how to re-adjust the company’s human resource strategy and management practices, and from the perspective of "reserve pool" strategy innovatively, combining research methods of PEST model, natural resources theory and ability theory, the use of case studies, induction, qualitative and quantitative analysis and so on, in order to establish human resources development strategies which is effective in a long-term, and help develop human resources independently.The author described and analyzed the preparation and implementation of the “reserve pool†strategy, although the strategy made a better affect, there are still some problems, such as: lack of stability and employee trust, sameness of training methods, lack of final assessment on effect, high cost in investment etc. Moreover, four measures and recommendations have been put forward, including: strengthening propaganda and employee engagement, combination of face to face and network platform classes, conducting strategy of evaluation and cost-effectively mixed training etc. Finally, the author summarizes the main points of this article and some weakness, and expectation of a number of issues in further research has also been brought out. |
