With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, enterprises are facing more and more challenges and opportunities. Enterprises are to survive in the competitive market and the development of competition for talent is undoubtedly many scarce resources to compete in the most critical and most core competition. No matter what types of businesses need to have a considerable number of high-end talent and rich talent pool, or enterprise development will be severely affected. Based on this, the paper company X as the research object, the use of human resources strategy theory, in-depth analysis of the personnel reserve strategic planning, taking into account the characteristics of the X industry itself, can provide useful lessons for many similar enterprises.This paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter1Introduction mainly on the background and significance of the topic, at home and abroad on the Review of the talent pool strategy, the main content and framework of the study, research and innovation of this paper; first Chapter2introduces the theoretical basis of the strategy of the talent pool, including the connotation of the talent pool, the purpose of the talent pool, talent pool steps and pathways.
