Research On The Relationship Between Total Quality Management And Knowledge Innovation

With in-depth development of information technology and economic globalization, the competition of the talents, technology, markets, resources and the standards which takes the quality as the core is becoming intensive. Companies must provide sufficient power for the implementation of total quality management through continuous quality improvement and knowledge innovation. The research of relationship between total quality management and enterprise knowledge innovation attracts widespread attention from the business community and academia, but the standard researches on the issue are rare.In this paper, the author uses methods of literature study, questionnaire, empirical research, through extensive literature review, in-depth understanding of current research, combined with previous research results and the actual situation of enterprises in Shaanxi Province, and determines elements of the total quality management, knowledge innovation and intermediary and variable; The author takes it as a basis to construct the overall conceptual model and proposed research hypotheses, then designed a questionnaire to collect data. Through the practical research, the author sends out 235 questionnaires to 205 enterprises and collects 218 questionnaires, response rate was 92.77%, of which 210 copies of questionnaires are effective, the questionnaires’ effective rate was 96.33%. The author combines the structural equation modeling and statistical analysis method to do the empirical research, and finally draw the following conclusions:Total quality management has positive effect on knowledge of business innovation and quality culture; there is no direct impact on the relationship between total quality management and enterprise knowledge innovation atmosphere; Both the quality of the culture and intellectual atmosphere of innovation will have positive effect on knowledge creation; total quality management through an intermediary Cultural variables has a positive impact on the quality of enterprise knowledge innovation.
