Research On The Social Integration Of The New Generation Migrant Workers In The Context Of New Urbanization

New type of urbanization is the only way to modernization, the biggest potential of domestic demand, and an important driving force for economic development. With the sustained and rapid advance of urbanization, by the end of 2015, the urbanization rate of our country reached 56.1%, and urban resident population reached 770 million. The problem is that the 770 million urban resident population include 270 million migrant workers as the main body of the foreign resident population. The migrant workers still cannot enjoy education, employment services, social security, health care, housing and other aspects of public service equality in a town, leading to some complex economic and social problems. Human is the core of the new urbanization. The most important is to promote the integration of migrant workers into the town. As the main body of Chinese modern industrial workers, migrant workers make a significant contribution to rural development, urban prosperity and national modernization construction. In recent years, with the end of the generational replacement of migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers gradually become the main body of migrant workers, and they play a significant role in the development of the enterprise, the city and country. However, the current institutional barriers, economic barriers, social barriers and migrant workers themselves make political rights, social security rights, employment rights and education rights of the new generation of migrant workers can not get guarantee. Although the new generation of migrant workers make an important contribution in promoting Chinese urbanization process, they’re not really into the town. So in the context of deep promotion of the construction of the new urbanization, research on the social integration of the new generation migrant workers in the context of new urbanization is of great significance.This article is divided into six parts. The first part, introduce the selected topic background and significance of this paper, the research status at home and abroad, the main contents and methods of this paper, as well as the innovation place. The second part, discusses the relevant theories of new urbanization and new generation of migrant workers. In the third part, the importance of speeding up social integration of the new generation migrant workers is described in detail, under the background of the new urbanization. On the one hand, the new urbanization construction expands wider space for social integration of the new generation of migrant workers; On the other hand, to speed up the social integration of the new generation of migrant workers helps to promote the construction of new type of urbanization. The fourth part, according to the Beijing Tianjin Hebei metropolitan circle questionnaire, analyzes the current situation and the obstacle factors about the social integration of the new generation migrant workers. In the fifth part, from four aspects: sound the system, perfect service system, create a good social environment, improve their own quality of the new generation of migrant workers, some policy recommendations of speeding up the social integration of the new generation of migrant workers is put forward under the background of the new urbanization. The sixth part, summarizes the full text, and expectations are put forward.
