With the increasingly fierce market competition, the rapid development of electronic commerce and the gradual transformation of young people’s consumption concept, the development of LH supermarket began to go downhill. In face of strong competition and challenges, it is necessary for LH supermarket to carry out reform and innovation so as to have a new development. This paper argues that in the development and revolution of LH supermarket, only when the business model changes can it fundamentally distinguish from competitors and be in the leading position in the unpredictable market competition.The main purpose of this paper is to study the B2 C business model of LH supermarket. According to the development trend of chain supermarket industry,analyzing from its own conditions, the author summed up the current situations and existing problems of LH’s business model. And then through establishing B2 C business model suitable for LH supermarket and improving market share, the enterprise would be in an invincible position in the market competition.First of all, home and abroad current researches of business model of B2 C e-commerce are summarized. Then business model of B2 C e-commerce is theoretically analyzed. The paper analyzes the main business model of B2 C e-commerce from theoretical researches and current status, and the value it creates. In accordance with the characteristics of LH supermarket, the author studies its existing main problems of business model. After full discussion, the meaning and importance of LH supermarket to explore B2 C e-commerce business model are definite and explicit.Secondly, this paper uses Marketing Theory, Business Model Theory,Management Information System Theory etc., combined with times and characteristics of industry, and regards LH supermarket as the research object. From the perspective of B2 C business model, discussing about organizational structure,business philosophy, operation status and other aspects of LH supermarket, the author finds out the existing problems of the enterprise’s business model and proposes the establishment of B2 C business model to implement effective management.Finally, the author conducts in-depth study of LH supermarket B2 C e-commerce business model and puts forward model designs and implementation strategies. The paper proposes six major principles of B2 C business model designs, and expounds design aims of B2 C e-commerce business model. According to the network salesmodel of traditional retailers the paper designs and establishes a comprehensive B2 C webpage and a complete enterprise information management system, and increases the storage center, so as to improve the level of logistics distribution.In order to ensure the specific implementation of this new model, three security measures are put forward: strengthen the supervision and inspection of the new model;bring in professional e-commerce talents and set up an online customer service center.By improving the management and innovation of B2 C e-commerce business model,the enterprise hence enhances the competitiveness and market share.
