From the point of view of the reality of the situation, poverty is still one of the most difficult problems in the world, since the reform and opening up, China’s poverty alleviation work made great achievements, but in every area of our country, due to the differences in the level of economic development, resulting in the poverty issues still exist, of the poor population in Yunnan Province, which accounts for the ratio is still relatively large, which due to the deterioration of the ecological environment caused by the ecological poverty is plagued Yunnan local poverty alleviation work, has become the main form of poor areas in Yunnan Province. Rocky desertification is a source of disaster in karst region of Yunnan Province and poverty, impoverished face of karst rocky desertification area in Yunnan Province is relatively large, and the degree of poverty is deep, not sleepy the occurrence probability is relatively high, the rocky desertification area in Yunnan Province poverty alleviation development brings the very big degree of difficulty. Yunnan Province has a very rich biological resources and natural resources, the local ecological environment in relation to the integrity of the entire Chinese ecological system, the resulting from the Yunnan ecological and environmental problems caused by the ecological poverty problem is worthy of people focus on. Ecological poverty as a main type of poverty, mainly refers to is due to natural and anthropogenic factors caused the deterioration of the ecological environment of poverty, mainly people for the destruction of the ecological resources, the irrational use of ecological, making ecological environment continues to deteriorate, exceeding its carrying capacity, so it can not meet the requirements of the people’s clothing, food, housing and other basic living in the region, not able to maintain local reproduction, which leads to the loss of endemic poverty. Yunnan rocky desertification area of poverty is very serious, the deterioration of the ecological environment has seriously affected the daily production and life of local people, but also to the government departments to carry out poverty alleviation work has brought many difficulties. The relationship between the ecological poverty and population is very closely, population carrying capacity in a large extent influence to the ecological environment of the whole area, population carrying capacity had a very close relationship with the local ecological environment, industrial structure, land quantity, basic conditions and so on. Therefore, this article will be through the literature review, logic analysis, case analysis. From the population bearing force perspective, this paper analyzes of rocky desertification area of Yunnan poverty alleviation problem. First of all, this paper introduces, in the process of writing to the relevant concept and theory, through in-depth analysis on these theories, combined with the history of the assault fortified positions that help deficient up, understand to Yunnan in rock desertification area in the poverty alleviation and development history, current situation and existing problems, combined with population bearing force theory further analysis of population bearing force and local conditions, ecological environment, industrial structure and the amount of land between the relationship and proposed countermeasures to solve Yunnan rocky area poverty alleviation issues.
