Science and technology are the primary productive forces,it can promote the development of society although there are risks.From the multi-dimensional perspective to explore the risk of science and technology,to grasp the essence of the risk,and its origin,development and the current situation,try to comprehensive the risk,and to deal with the relationship between the risk better,to promote the development of science and technology.The first chapter,from the perspective of the risk society theory,different risk society theory has difference meaning,this paper has found that risk are time significance,and summarizes the characteristics of the modern science and technology risk,classification and the causes,see the essence of the risk are very important theoretical.The second chapter,from the perspective of the history of science and technology,demonstrate the generation and development of the risk,analysis the history of revolution of science and technology and four stages argument about the risk,come to conclusion a relationship that risk and coexist with scientific and technological progress,to contain each other,promote each other.The third chapter,this paper plan to discuss about two new technologies which are controversial,nanotechnology and biotechnology,to analysis the current situations and explore the feasibility management methods in the future.The fourth chapter,suggestions are put forward according to the analysis and called for human to face the risk and development of science and technology,and strengthen the management of risk.Development of society can not take out with the help of science and technology,only deal with the relationship between the risk and the progress of science and technology can better promote the development of social civilization.
