With the rapid development of science and technology, the requirement of the precision and accuracy improve continually in the process of mechanical manufacturing, so the research of form error has become an important research direction. Accurate measurement form error values, and to provide intuitive part of the surface morphology, not only can provide the customer with the machine parts acceptance of quantitative information, as well as help users to analysis the form error, and can take appropriate measures, in order to improve the accuracy, also can use assembly error compensation method, improve the assembly accuracy. Many researchers at home and abroad have done a lot of theory and technology of form error measurement study, and achieved fruitful results, but there are still many problems need to be further study, especially in the form error of graphic display and error measurement of all aspects of the virtual instrument technology.On the basis of theoretical research, this paper studies the form error of the basic theory for the graphics and established the mathematical model of form error is generated graphics, combined form error and virtual instrument design technology, the software of virtual instrument is developed.This thesis research work include:Established basic theory of plain wire straightness?roundness?axis straightness? cylindricity error which is required in this paper, generated three-dimensional model method, and the error graph of the implementation which is needed some of the basic elements, realized the method of graphic blanking.Established the mathematical model of error pattern formation of least squares method and the search algorithm of plain wire straightness and axis straightness,established the mathematical model of error pattern formation about least squares method and the search algorithm which realized by minimum circumscribed?maximum inscribed?minimum zone method of roundness and cylindricity.Using the LabWindows/CVI 2013 for the software development four platform to establish the virtual instrument of plain wire straightness error?roundness error?axis straightness error and cylindricity error, and have test this software, proved the form error of the graphical theory and mathematical model is feasible in this paper.Finally, release the designed of software, and generate the "setup.exe" of the form error virtual instrument software,which can install and uninstall.
