Case Study On Transformation Of Project-based Management Of Dalian D Company

With the growing prosperity of the domestic environmental protection industry and environmental engineering business matures, China's environmental engineering design organizations are facing a broad market prospect. In this context, how to solve the current design of organizational project management process problems, establish a comprehensive project management awareness of enterprises, comprehensive, standardized and highly efficient enterprise project management system, has important practical and theoretical significance.We choose Dalian D Environmental Engineering Design and Research Institute as the research subject of typical design organization. D company has many years of experience in environmental engineering design. The company has identified a total project contracting business transformation strategy, and total project contracting business started around the organization's management made some adjustments. However, with the development of general contracting business, the company's management has become increasingly prominent. To improve the status of the company, the paper discussed company's organization, business processes, performance management and personnel management system for a carding system and the current outstanding problems identified enterprise management mode. On the basis of theoretical study and practice of combining, through literature research, survey research, case analysis and other research methods the path strategies of D company was determined as well as the overall framework of the project of transformation. The paper provided guidance in solving D company's current management issues and long-term development.Through this study, the project management practices to Dalian D Environmental Engineering Design Institute for the study, the realization of the company's management depth analysis and project management model of system construction. Through the analysis and application of project management theory of D company project management practices, not only complements practice-oriented project management system construction and implementation process was discussed, but also enrich and improve the theoretical system of project management.
