At the present stage,the Science and Technology have had faster development.The kinds of metal materials are more and more.The metal cutting is one of machining operation.It usually apply in preparing for next process or taking shape directly.Now,there is much cutting technique,for example laser cutting, electric spark cutting, plasma arc cutting,water jet cutting and so on.Above all metal cutting technique have pros and cons.Much technique produce a lot of heat and lead to burning workpiece making it get lower working accuracy.With the new hardworking material has happened mostly.At this time,we will have more required about the drill,milling cutter,boring cutter and so on.So the cost of machining operation will becomes higher.Otherwise,some materials usually break out heat embrittlement,variation of stresses, and variation of metallographic structure.It will influence the quality of workpiece.The clamping and machining operation of some precise little workpiece,especially the thin-walled hole,will have some difficulties.This thesis will finish follow details based on the early stage of the team.1. We will further study in principle of Electrochemical machining and summarize system info of Electrochemical machining.2. Machine tool structure will have a great change including the wire drive component and the process of feed movement. The wire drive component adopts rotating wire electrode in stead of previous Loop silking. Such methods can decrease the splash of electrolyte much.In addition,the movement of working stand is replaced by the spindle head. Using such methods can discard corrosion in guide rail of machine tool.3. In the chambering process,we make the electrolyte spray system and workpiece holder for solving the fellow questions,such as low circular degree, low perpendicularity of the round hole.This system can spray electrolyte to all ground of the rotating electrode uniformly.It will rely on the rotating of electrode making the electrolyte in machining clearance fully uniformly.4. We make a special wire electrode for rotating electrode.The rotating electrode with ceramic particle has two functions including avoiding short circuit and grinding passivation coating5. This thesis will study the influences of two processes between rotating electrode and usually electrode in Machining accuracy and processing efficiency by experimental contrast which is useful of control process methods reasonable and improve quality of the workpiece.It will have a great Superiority.
