The rapid development of modern society,the living standards of people have improved significantly.In recent years,the awareness of health care gradually increased.Then the rapid development of the wine industry led to many companies have invested in the construction of wineries in the country.The grape as main raw materials of wine,Adding an appropriate amount of Maca powder in broth can made the wine has a unique flavor.And the wine containsa lot of essential nutrients,so the wine can improve the body's resistance and enhance vitality.Maca wine as a new wine,has a broad development market,it should be research and development deeply.This design is the engineering design of ecological chateau with annual output of 500 tons of mulberry wine,focuses on the production process and conditions of grape,including the choice of the site,the scale of factory,determine the production technology,equipment choice,the production process of material calculation,and the production process produce waste treatment,and according to the production scale drawing workshop process flow diagram,the factory floor plan.
