Industrial water circulation system plays an important role in chemical industry, which is directly related to the safety and operation stability of equipment, which also is a big part of Water usage of chemical enterprises. Thus water saving becomes an important issue in the producing process of chemical enterprises. Recently the situation of water saving in different areas becomes more and more serious. The operation of Water circulating is facing a higher and tougher requirement.According to large amount of materials and investigation the producing process of water circulating is clarified. looking for the reasons, which result to the Based on the problems that raised in the operating process of water circulation we figure out the reasons in many aspects and make sure the key point of the problem. And at the same time we are offering plans to control and manage. We made an effective suggestion to solve the problems in the operating process of water circulation from water quality control and equipment operation optimization.In the first place,combined with the operation of industrial circulating water system, we take measures to improve the operation of equipment operation. After taking a series of measures, The defective rate of circulating water control total phosphorus by 38.71% to 6.55% before modification, and free chlorine concentration control defective rate from 63.83% down to 3.71% before modification, and turbidity control defective rate from 17.36% down to 0.2% before modification, which effectively controlled the quality of the circulating water. At the same time, we can save half a million yuan on electricity cost by the adjusting cooling tower fan operation (according to the average price in the second half of 2015 calculation,0.153 yuan/degree).The next,according to the operation of the heat exchange equipment, transform the circulating water system equipment and related heat exchange equipment technologically.Finally,improving the mechanism of rewards and punishments, and strengthening the control on industrial circulating water system.The implementation of this scheme will improve the industrial circulating water system operation rate and reduce the impact of heat exchanger work. It can ensure the smooth operation of the enterprise production,and also achieve the maximization of economic and environmental benefits, and promote the sustainable development of chlor alkali industry.
