On-line Analyzer System Of Coal Gasification Process

On-line analyzer system, an important part of the modern coal gasification enterprise automation, is integrated by multi subsystems and involving different types of analyzers. It provides the on-line real time measurement of the process parameters, and by monitoring and control of the parameter values measured, it can ensure a long-term stable and safe production for the factory, and practice the advanced control and real-time optimization to improve production quality and reduce consumption and save energy. Design the analyzer system according to the field actual conditions and characteristics of measured process parameters, will make the on-line analyzer system reliable and stable including faster and more accurate measurement.The syngas on-line analyzer system of coal gasification process has been detailed researched in this paper. The contents of CO2 and CH4 in syngas has been measured in real time continuously. A new on-line analyzer system has been provided in this study for solving some original problems such as: non-long-term stable operation, lag of measuring process data, mismatching of the pretreatment system etc.First of all, the paper has made a proper analyzer selecting according to coal gasification process characteristics and the conditions of syngas, and also designed the sample processing system.Secondly, the gas analyzer system integration design based on system engineering principles has been completed in the paper, including sampling probe, pre process system, pretreatment system, filter system, desulphurization system, analyzer connection pipeline system, protection system etc.. The lag time of the new integrated system has been calculated theoretically.Third, the principle of control programme has been introduced, and the logic algorithm design of DCS control loop has been studied in detail based on coal gasification process system.At last, according to analyzer system's operation, the operating data of analyzers and the influence of the ratio of O2/C have been analyzed, and the improvement for anti clogging of pretreatment system has been studied based on the sysgas conditions.. The paper also compared the effects of using analyzer house and analyzer cabinet according to different utilities conditions, and also introduced the control programming of coal gasification process analyzer system.
