The article analyzed systematically the meaning of PSF safety management model, and did the pre-evaluation of whose popularization and application, whose entire effect was good. Through evaluation, the shortcoming in safety management area of Fugu Middle-Small coal mine was cleared and defined, which provided scientific accordance for the strengthen of safety management in Fugu Middle-Small coal mine.The study has effect of promotion for safety management in Fugu Middle-Small coal mine, and also could be used for reference for other coal mine to realize the safe and efficiency manufacture.
