Research On Operational Management Of The Distribution System Of Petrochina Jilin Chemical Company Organic Synthesis Plant

Petrochemical enterprises continuous production of high degree of raw materials and the production of the product is inflammable and explosive, electricity load is basically a load, the stable operation of the power system requirements, on-site equipment once the outage would cause serious economic losses, and even cause fire and explosion accidents.Research on reliability management of factory distribution system reliability analysis to identify the factors that affect the reliability, pointed out the weak links in the distribution system, and carry on the work, reduce the risk of production, is an important measure to realize safety of factory.This paper introduces the Europe and the United States, Japan and domestic power system development, distribution system operational management of Jilin organic synthesis plant reliability management situation, pointed out the impact of internal and external power equipment condition and operation environment, technical conditions, equipment inherent distribution equipment maintenance cycle and relay protection configuration of distribution system reliability.This paper studies the application of the basic theory in power system, the evaluation of the reliability of distribution system, the basic algorithm and the typical curve of equipment fault distribution equipment failure model analysis.This paper briefly introduces the status quo of the reliability of distribution system of Jilin Chemical Organic Synthesis Factory of Jilin chemical industry, according to the organic synthesis factory distribution system component failure rate, the reliability parameters of power system were calculated. In the calculation, the fault rate and outage time of the distribution system with the normal radial distribution system and the standby power supply are considered, and the reliability indices of the two operation modes and the 9 substations are compared.
