TRT is an advanced energy-saving technology which uses the high-pressure blast furnace gas to push the TRT turbine rotation and drive the power generator.It creates considerable economic benefits,while playing a crucial role in the blast furnace top gas pressure control.This dissertation takes the 36 MW TRT equipped by Shougang Jingtang 1BF,which has the volume of 5500 m3,as the research object.Based on the status of field devices and the technical requirements,the fuzzy adaptive PID technology is used to resolve the problems of the top pressure fluctuations in large,slow response system.The main works in this dissertation are as follows:(1)Study of TRT system constituting the main processing device,and TRT system control for the top pressure of a blast furnace.The control strategy of the system is proposed according to the requirements of TRT process;(2)Pressure and flow characteristics were analyzed according to the characteristics and conditions of the blast furnace in each step,the mathematical model of blast furnace top pressure control system was completed,then the validation of the model is identified by using the mathematical analysis tools;(3)The fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm is used to design the TRT top pressure control system controller based on the fuzzy control theory and the TRT field operation experience;TRT top pressure controller is designed;The control performance of fast response and small overshoot is verified,and good dynamic performance is also showed with disturb by Matlab simulation;(4)Hardware architecture and software program to control TRT blast furnace top pressure was designed with Mitsubishi Q series PLC according to the TRT process control requirements,and the friendly man-machine interface was developed.The top pressure control system designed and optimized in this dissertation realized the stable control of Shougang Jingtang 1BF,which solved the large top pressure fluctuations and the poor dynamic performance.The system got good performance after test operation.Top pressure control precision is improved to ± 1.5%(±3 KPa),the content of C02 in blast furnace gas is increased by 0.5%,the efficiency of blast furnace ironmaking is increased,the content of CO is decreased,the intended target ±2%of the top pressure control precision is achieved.
