Textile printing and dyeing industry has the characteristics of resource dependence,environmental pollution and so on.It is the direction of modern industry development that how to save energy and reduce emissions in the textile industry,especially in the printing and dyeing industry.Compared with other ways of dyeing,pigment dyeing as well as energy conservation and consumption reduction,and complete production process short,easy to operate,chromatography,color stability,easy to color matching,can adapt to many varieties,small batch production.To further slow down the burden of resources and environment during the pretreatment of cotton yarn coating,reduce the use of water and the discharge of sewage,this paper introduces a new cotton yarn coating dyeing process: atmospheric pressure plasma treatment,ultrasonic assisted cationic modification,Ultrasonic-assisted coating dyeing,high temperature after fixation baking.The plasma can optimize the surface structure of the cotton yarn,increase the content of the hydrophilic group in the fiber,and treat the cotton yarn in the dry environment instead of the traditional scouring process in the dry environment.It can not only achieve the same effect of scouring,but also Reduce the use of additives,high-polluting wastewater emissions.This paper is based on the science and Technology Department of Henan province project Intelligent pulp dyeing machine development and industrialization(project Catalog: 152107000016)the design principle and technical requirements,are committed to the new idea and new technology so as to improve the coating dyeing pretreatment process,improve the overall effect of dyeing process,to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.Paper through the element content,electron microscope,capillary effect,contact Angle,strength,infrared spectrum,dyeing rate,color fastness and other testing means,specific analysis of the variables in the process of experiment.through micro and actual results provide the basis for process optimization,to determine the reaction trend of each stage and the optimum route.The experimental results show that the plasma can significantly improve the wettability of cotton yarns in the plasma pretreatment process,improve the roughness of the fiber surface and increase the specific surface area of the fibers.The plasma pretreatment process can completely replace the cotton yarn Scouring links.Ultrasonic energy can improve the wettability and decrease the modification time without damaging the strength of cotton fiber.When the ultrasonic treatment is improved by 600 W for 10 min,the dyeing effect is better.In the stage of ultrasonic-assisted coating dyeing,the ratio of coating to binder is 1: 1,the temperature of the dye is controlled at 40 ~ 60 ?,especially at 50 ?,the performance of 600 W ultrasonic-assisted dyeing reaches the maximum.Fixing process,for the adhesive KC-007,when the adhesive concentration of 40g / L,150? baking 3 min color fastness is best.
