Billet identification is an essential step in the process of iron and steel enterprises production,and with the constant improvement of the automation technology in our country,artificial identification has been gradually replaced by automatic identification equipment.Especially for special steel production enterprises,which are often take more machines,more flows,more types of steel and small batch production mode,billet automatic identification equipment can not only improve the production efficiency,also can avoid "mix steel" phenomenon caused by human identity,the characters is not clear or fall off.On the basis of reference of existing equipment domestic and overseas,the purpose of this paper is to develop a cost-effective billet special identification equipment control system.The major jobs of this paper are as follows:First,on the basis of preliminary understanding of billet marking equipment,expounding the needed professional knowledge in the process of marking machine research and development,including motion control technology of PLC,servo drive technology,laser displacement sensor technology.And combined with this paper,further illustrate their application in practical control system.Second,determine the overall control scheme after summarizing the domestic and foreign research results:this paper chooses Siemens T-CPU as the core controller of the control system.MPI/DP interface to connect PC and the man-machine interface of identify control system,DP/Drive interface to connect IM174 to transmit real-time information to servo driver system.Finally through the ball screw coupling connection to drive load movement.Third,through analyzing Siemens T-CPU performance characteristics,selection the method in the form of virtual axis drive CAM plate to implementation two axes coordinated movement.To complete logo character design of the control system by using different methods to establish the CAM curve and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each method.Then determine the specific identity motion control scheme of control system.According to the control scheme to select hardware and draw circuit diagram.Fourth,in accordance with the requirements of control system,to establish the man-machine interface of control system so as to realize automatic operation.On the basis of needed specific requirements,using WinCC flexible configuration software to build monitoring picture.
