Schedule Management And Performance Evaluation Research On N₂ Purified Of SGJTsteel

Schedule management is an important component of project management,and is one of three major objectives of costs,quality and schedule.Successfully achieving its target is a central task of project management,also is the key link of the full scale operation of the project management.As some users need the higher purity nitrogen in the steel industry,the company decided to complete the construction of nitrogen purified project in order to ensure the users.Nitrogen purified project was a new important project in the company,so the relevant of project schedule management and control will be applied effectively to the project construction,and can be used to guide the implementation of the project to ensure timely completion of the period.Based on nitrogen purified project by SGJTsteel,this paper begins mainly with process of schedule management plan,organize,control.In this paper,firstly,the background,basis,purpose,significance and content will be introduced.Then,according to the actual situation of nitrogen purified project,the scope of the project,building the organizational structure and decomposition of the main work will be done.Under the guidance of various schedule management theories,nitrogen purified project construction schedule plan would be formulated by the critical path method.Using the front line and banana plans check construction schedule control of nitrogen purified projects and different measures are taken in different situation.Finally,the paper builds the construction project schedule management performance evaluation system.The schedule management on nitrogen purified construction projects of SGJTsteel performances is evaluated.
