In recent years,affected by the weak global economy and China's macro-control real estate,steel demand continues to slump,but failed to reduce steel production capacity,supply and demand imbalance,resulting in a weak steel prices.At the same time,the cost of raw materials and fuel upstream of the steel industry has continued to remain high.Demand-side and supply-side two-way squeeze makes steel industry difficult.Currently,due to the SG Group,the relocation of production capacity greatly improved,resulting in consequent huge increase in the consumption of scrap.But SG Group scrap almost completely dependent on social recovery and recycling less directional supply,the overall supply is very unstable,the quality can not be guaranteed.50%compared to the amount of Baosteel scrap scrap from its own base,the enterprise production provides a powerful guarantee.SG Group should absorb advanced production model,the formation of a system,complete development of the company to adapt to scrap procurement system.Base is an important step in the establishment of scrap steel scrap system construction,which can effectively reduce procurement costs,adapt to business development needs.Project management schedule management is one of the most critical elements of rationalization and control of the project schedule,the duration is related to a project can be completed on time,on quality,cost and other aspects of implementation of the project also has a very significant impact.In this paper,the use of project management knowledge,the following main aspects:(1)Based on the analysis of the necessity of SG Group has established bases on scrap,through the establishment of the project organizational structure,clear project scope,identify the project has the working relationship and the duration of the method of preparing a reasonable choice project schedule formulated SG Group established scrap base construction schedule of the project.(2)Through the establishment of project control process,the key point setting project control,the use of project progress reports and other methods developed project schedule control plan,and develop measures in terms of organizational,institutional,economic,technical and other support.To prevent the progress of the implementation of the project due to unforeseen circumstances can not be guaranteed in accordance with the schedule of the implementation plan,develop measures for the project schedule variance analysis and adjustment to ensure consistency with the actual progress of the project schedule.(3)By scheduling and control of the SG Group scrap base construction projects,exploration project schedule management application in scrap iron and steel enterprises in terms of base construction,draw some conclusions and practical significance of the research,to improve the situation SG Group scrap supply,improve enterprise resource control capability for scrap.In addition,through this research,but also want to be able to provide the actual reference value for the planning and control management of similar projects.
