Research Of Project Progress Schedule And Control On Heavy Plate Surface Detection And Measurement System

The company that the author serves had set up a research project for surface defects detection,flatness and dimension measuring system of the hot-rolled heavy plates,to meet the requirements of production quality control.Based on this research project,the thesis gives out an in-deep study and discussion on the primary procedures involved.In the implementation of this project,the comprehensive management plans and schedules were made.The detail analysis and working plans were given out in the different phases of the project,such as decision-making phase,preparation phase,construction phase,trial and debugging phase,hand over phase and operational phase.A discussion on the performing,management and progress control of the project was also made.There were many uncertain factors in this project,and a risk management of the project progress was very necessary and important,too.This thesis makes full risk recognition,and corresponding measures were taken to deal with them during the implementation of the project.
