Global warming is the undisputed facts. The increasing main greenhouse(such as carbon dioxide emission)caused global warming has become recognized as a worldwide environmental problem. But fossil fuels are non-renewable resources and depleted. In this environment, control carbon emissions in terms of the whole person has become very urgent, carbon emissions have become an important field of sustainable development theory research.More and more scholars have research this issues which related to carbon emissions.According to relevant statistics, the total carbon dioxide emissions of China has already surpassed the United States,China become the largest country in the world carbon emissions.China also made a corresponding commitment to reduce carbon emissions. So how to reduce carbon emissions and keep the economic growth in the same time have become a important issues in China.Researches on carbon emissions related factors shows that economic growth and industrial structure are the main factors that influence carbon dioxide emissions, and research in this area will be more. Therefore,in this paper,we will be on the basis of environmental Kuznets(EKC)curve on the study of the influence of economic growth and industrial structure changes on carbon emissions. In this paper,we use the relevant data and theoretical models to make empirical analysis of Tianjin economic growth, industrial structure with carbon emissions between 2001 and 2013.In these years of the status quo analysis,we found that Tianjin have faster economic growth and higher growth rates, which shows the economic development of Tianjin has been good;the proportion of primary industry has been in a state of decline, and the proportion of secondary industry is an inverted U-shaped curve, the proportion of tertiary industry is exactly the opposite;at the same time, carbon emission is increasing. In Granger causality test,we found that the economic growth of Tianjin is unidirectional Granger causes of carbon dioxide emissions, and there is a long period equilibrium relationship between the two;and the three major industries of Tianjin with carbon dioxide have no causal relationship, namely the industrial structure change of Tianjin is not factors that cause changes in carbon dioxide emissions. We found that,in the empirical analysis,in the long time, economic growth of Tianjin and carbon dioxide emissions is U-shaped relationship, does not meet the EKC curve hypothesis. And further analysis found that the inflection points between the two curves is not the sample period of this study, within the time frame of this study, along with carbon dioxide emissions of Tianjin economic growth increases. In the end,we related research and read a lot of literature, against Tianjin carbon emissions, the article also made to the corresponding reduction recommendations.
