In the process of deep hole,there are three kinds of vibration: free vibration,forced vibration and flutter(self-excited vibration).Under normal circumstances,the free vibration and forced vibration with the method of eliminating external excitation source can be suppressed,or even to eliminate the effect of this method,the flutter,however,is difficult to restrain,have long plagued the development of deep hole machining technology.In the process of the deep hole processing,flutter occurs not only reduce the machining efficiency,accelerate tool damage,machine tool wear,and bring adverse effect to the health of processing personnel.Comprehensive grasp the deep hole processing process and the mechanism of flutter to effectively restrain chatter,to improve the processing quality and reduce rejection rate has important practical significance.In view of the present processing of flutter to the problems in the process of deep hole,this paper research and design based on MRF mechanism of deep hole machining chatter suppression device to flutter suppression.First,a dynamic model of deep hole machining process and to analyze its stability,produced by regenerative chatter vibration mechanism that flutter in the whole process of deep hole processing mainly twice before and after the processing of the interaction of vibration marks,and is affected by the critical condition of cutting system.Then,the relationship between the stability of spindle speed and deep hole processing was analyzed,and it was concluded that the variable speed cutting could effectively suppress the flutter.Analysis of the cutting system stiffness changes impact on the stability of the deep hole processing,it is concluded that the method can act as the same as the speed change cutting vibration suppression effect,it is concluded that the design of deep hole machining chatter suppression device basic principle,providing theoretical basis for device design.The relationship between the damping of the cutting system and the stability of the deep hole processing is analyzed,and the effect of the change damping on the vibration suppression is not obvious.Second,the analysis and research materials,magnetorheological effect of MRF mechanism and the principle of magnetorheological fluid shock absorber,completed the structure design of deep hole machining chatter suppression device and the optimal selection of control strategy.After installation of deep hole machining chatter suppression device dynamic model of deep hole machining process,and the application of the device after suppression effect and parameter optimization of simulation analysis and research.Through the analysis of the simulation results show that the control of MRF magnetic field intensity,in turn,control the natural frequency of cutting system,can be achieved by controlling the natural frequency of cutting system restrain chatter.Finally,in the process of the deep hole processing,through the application of deep hole machining chatter suppression device can better suppress flutter,and overcome the insufficient damping suppression method of cutting speed and variable.
