Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was extracted from the fungus spores,concentrating a variety of effective active ingredients such as Ganoderma triterpenoids acid,unsaturated fatty acids and trace elements.In this article,a systematic study was carried out to investigate the intensity of characteristic peaks and the degree of oxidative rancidity,revealing the relationship between the areas of characteristic peaks and the acid value,peroxide value.In addition,kinetic parameters of oxidative rancidity were measured,establishing a new method for rapid detection of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil oxidative rancidity using Raman spectroscopy.Effective Ganoderma lucidum spore oil antioxidants were screened by this method.The rapid detection degree of oxidation rancidity was established through directly detecting the characteristic peak variations of the unsaturated double bonds by Raman spectroscopy.Refer to Schaal oven acceleration method and accelerate oxidation,differenttypesofantioxidants?TeaPolyphenols,Tertiary butylhydroquinone,Vitamin E?were studied under the condition of acid value ranging from 330 mg/kg.A blank control group was also set.The results showed that acid values were linearly correlated with Raman characteristic peaks areas.The correlation coeffeicient R2 of blank group was 0.9969,TP group 0.9992,TBHQ group 0.9956,VE group 0.9952,respectively,showing a good linear relationship.The Raman peak intensities of double bonds also have a good linear relationship with their acid values either in presence or absence of antioxidants.Raman characteristic peak intensities decreased with the increase of peroxide values.Although they didn't show a linear relationship,but peroxide value still can be rapidly detected by nonlinear or interpolate fitting ways.Ganoderma lucidum spore oil antioxidants were screened rapidly by high-temperature experiments.The rate of oxidation rancidity was investigated under 70?in presence or absence of 0.02%antioxidants.The results showed that spore oil without antioxidants quickly oxidized in hours.The anti-oxidant effects are:VE>TBHQ>TP.Spore oil with VE suffered only slight oxidative rancidity after 6 days?double bond peak intensity dropped 5%?.Based on the experimental data,it was found that the activation energy was 44.35 kJ·mol-1.According to this,the shelf life of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil can be calculated up to 90 days at room temperature?20??.
