Core-Spun yarn is a kind of composite yarn, having a core-sheath structure, because of its special structure and performance, core-spun yarn attracted many people's attention. Since its appearance, great accomplishments have been made in the method of core-spun yarn spinning. Core-spun yarn has many advantages, it can exhibit the appearance and style that staple yarns and filaments can not show. But there still exists some problems in the core-spun yarn production, that are "Ruth" "peel" of core-spun yarn,which brings some of the defects to its products. Therefore, it is needed to find a way for improving the "covering effect," "peel" of core-spun yarn.In this paper, a positioning device was used to improve the properties of Sirospun core-spun yarn. The roles of the positioning device were: first, by means of positioning groove and positioning wheel,which constituting the positioning device, to stabilize the yarn, so that the fluctuation of the composite yarn decreased; second, changed the converging point of the filament and roving strands, thereby the size of twisting triangle was changed, therefore the properties of core-spun yarn were changed. Firstly, it was studied on the single-factors--- the twist of the Sirospun core-spun yarn, the space between the rovings, the pre-tension of the polyester filament in cotton Sirospun core-spun yarn spinning process. Secondly, it is used orthogonal experimental design to study the twist of the Sirospun core-spun yarn, the space between the rovings, the pre-tension of the polyester filament produced the combined effect of the properties of yarn,through Intuitive analysis and Fuzzy mathematical evaluation method to obtain the optimal process parameters to spin polyester filament/cotton Sirospun core-spun yarn. Then, Under the conditions of optimum process parameters, changing the agglomeration point of the filament and roving silvers at three positions respectively, named A?B?C,to spin corespun yarns, through analyzing and comparing the properties of each yarn to select the optimal agglomeration point. Finally, for better understanding the role of positioning device, three kinds of positioning were selected during the core spinning process, no positioning, once positioning, secondary positioning respectively under the same spinning process conditions. Furthermore, the properties of yarns from Sirospun core-spun yarn and traditional core-spun yarn were compared.Through the experiments above,that obtained:(1) During the spinning process,the change of the twist of the Sirospun core-spun yarn, the space between the rovings, the pre-tension of the polyester filament will varying degrees influence property indicators of core-spun yarn, such as breaking strength,elongation, evenness rate, hairiness,Ruth length, peel resistance;(2) Through orthogonal experiment on the twist of the Sirospun core-spun yarn, the space between the rovings, the pre-tension of the polyester filament as the factors, after comprehensive analysis, the optimal process parameters configuration to core-spun yarn is:twist to 77.6tpcm, the space 4mm,polyester filament pre-tension 90 c N;(3) Basing on the optimal process parameters, we analyze the properties of each yarns,which are made respectively at A?B?C agglomeration point of the filament and roving silvers, and obtained that the properties of the yarn are optimal, when the agglomeration point of the filament and roving silvers is B;(4) During the process of the Sirospun core-spun yarn, when it is secondary positioning by the positioning device, the Ruth length of the core-spun yarn are reduced,and the peeling resistance are improved.
