With the continuous improvement of printing and dyeing technology and digital printing technology,the production cycle of the textile manufacturing industry,compared with the traditional printing,has made considerable progress.With the rapid development of Internet technology and electric business model matures,a new commercial production model is gradually derived from the digital printing and electricity business model of combining,which will help solve the high inventory problem of the textile manufacturing industry,especially garment manufacturing,and the inefficient market feedback collection cycle and other issues.The emergence of new production models,must be accompanied by new technology,system support.To this end,we developed an Auxiliary System for Digital Printing,the system is based on the Windows system development,and the use of C/S system architecture,and implement the data channel of order server and digital printer for the printing operators.The system achieves the function of the production information acquisition and maintenance,automatic download and processing of resource files,automatic typesetting of productions,generating printing tasks and sending them to the printer controller,and feedback the results of the printing to server.It provides service for production operators,of the work efficiency.Based on the characteristics of digital printing production sheet,this paper proposes a new algorithm of grouping knapsack based on the lowest horizontal line.It improves the traditional lowest horizontal line algorithm and optimizes the rectangle selection strategy at the lowest horizontal line every time.While improving the placement of rectangular sticking strategy.And make a compromise of the irregular pieces of layout to simplify the processing,taking into account the algorithm complexity and effects,in order to use the algorithm in the actual industrial production.In addition,in order to deal with the problem of bandwidth consumption of network requests in the system,a dynamic bandwidth allocation strategy oriented to application is proposed.After testing,the system can meet the needs of production operators,while improving the rectangular layout algorithm can make a very good fabric utilization.
