With China's increasing exploitation of oil and gas reservoirs,fought in the direction of the people from the ordinary reservoir to complex reservoir,such as northeast Sichuan Puguang,Guangyuan high sulfur gas field,buried deep,difficult mining,mining at the same time may face the risk of sour gas hazard.Faced with this challenge,for the development of special oil and gas reservoirs,the horizontal well technology is an effective method,especially for the relatively thin oil reservoir,which can greatly improve the oil and gas supply area,and increase yield.At the same time of horizontal well technology,scholars have been exploring the characteristics of reservoir seepage and the fluid flow in horizontal wellbore.Numerical simulation and physical simulation are the two most common analytical methods.In this paper,the gas production profile of horizontal well in gas reservoir is studied by physical simulation experiment.In the process of mining horizontal gas well,accurately grasp the reservoir permeability,wellbore pressure drop along the path and drilling parameter data of gas production profile of the horizontal gas well production,has the important significance of dynamic analysis and reasonable selection of mining method,production process.From the reservoir analysis of horizontal well productivity theory,as long as the reservoir permeability to provide the output shaft,but is that really the case,gas reservoir ? and ? reservoir permeability is very small,IV kind of reservoir permeability especially less than 0.001mD to the horizontal wellbore gas supply capacity,how can make nothing of it.The gas seepage model and horizontal wellbore flow characteristics near wellbore reservoir is consistent also can make nothing of it need to develop related physical,so to verify it through experiment method simulation experiment device.For high sulfur gas reservoir,through the simulation test device for air instead of high sulfur gas experiment,to avoid direct contact with the staff and sulfur,the personal safety is a guarantee.Compared to the purchase of a full set of experimental equipment,through the self-developed device can also solve the gas production section of the relevant problems,and the price is cheaper,can effectively reduce R&D costs.To sum up,these are the significance of studying gas production section experiment device of gas reservoir horizontal well in this paper.The innovation of this paper:heterogeneity,simulated formation heterogeneity,can simulate the horizontal well with finite conductivity or infinite flow state;according to a particular gas reservoir,through the replacement of different permeability of cores or equivalent series of permeability cores,a new experimental device for replacement of different diameters were simulated.
