Urban Air Quality Assessment And Case Study Based On Public Demand

With the vigorous promotion of urbanization in China,the rapid growth of city population scale,the rapid development of industrial modernization,surging in the number of motor vehicles.Air pollution incidents,which are caused directly or indirectly,occur frequently.The publication of accurate and true air quality information will enable residents to adjust their production and living activities in a timely manner so as to mitigate the health damage caused by major pollution..At the same time,effective pollution control is one of the general goals of environmental protection,and it is also the hope of residents.However,in the actual process of management,a series of problems have emerged:Government management is not in place;The phenomenon of enterprises stealing and draining has been repeated always;The monitoring point setting is not reasonable,the datas of monitoring point are severe deletion,the basic requirements of ordinary people for ambient air can not be met.The government spends a lot of money on environmental protection every year,while citizens feel the quality of air still declines.Therefore,the residents urgently hope the government management to consummate day by day.The environmental quality evaluation of the environmental Communique and annual report issued by the government should include the air quality status of the city in the specific time and region,environmental communique and annual environmental quality assessment contentissued by the government,The air quality status of the city should be included in the specific time and region,the population exposure of the same period shoud be includedWhen studying the air quality satisfaction of urban residents,the index system of satisfaction degree is divided into three layers:The first layer is the overall satisfaction of air quality;The second layer is the urban air quality satisfaction index to evaluate the project level.Start from the first floor:including urban air quality satisfaction,pollution control satisfaction,public participation and information disclosure satisfaction;The third layer is obtained by questionnaire specific problems by second layers,26 parts in this study total.Through the overall satisfaction,the air quality of Kaifeng City air quality satisfaction,satisfaction and pollution control of government information publicity and public participation and satisfaction of each index satisfaction rate for specific analysis Through the overall satisfaction of urban air quality in Kaifeng City,urban air quality satisfaction,satisfaction degree of pollution control,openness of government information and satisfaction of public participation.And the satisfaction rate of each index is analyzed concretely.The data and environmental bulletins and annual reports of four major air quality monitoring sites in Kaifeng were compared and analyzed(The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University Maternal and child health care hospital Tumor hospital Century Star Kindergarten),which can get the air quality improvement in Kaifeng City,the control of different types of pollution sources,and the effective information of the city government on environmental management.Through questionnaire survey,analysis and monitoring data and environmental air annual report,communique,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)Survey residents on the direct feelings of Kaifeng City air quality and air quality monitoring results are biased:In the whole,in recent years,air quality in Kaifeng has fluctuated,autumn and winter air quality is the worst.And there is a growing trend.Longting District air quality is best,the worst air quality in yuwangtai district.(2)Compared with the scientific monitoring results and the general strong air quality questionnaire,the questionnaire has obvious advantages:The questionnaire can make up for the unreasonable setting of monitoring stations and the imperfect monitoring data,the air quality near Chemical Fertilizer Plant is the worst.The desire of the residents to move Chemical Fertilizer Plant is extremely strong.However,there is no corresponding monitoring point.The questionnaire was directed against urban air audiences,which can direct expression of the residens voice.It is suggested to monitor the industrial area(near the Chemical Fertilizer Plant)when the monitoring sites are set up.The monitoring days should be improved in order to monitor the lack of pollutants,in the evaluation of urban air quality,the air quality in different areas and seasons should be included.To a single city,a zoning satisfaction survey is conducted.The control effects of different kinds of pollution sources,such as industrial source,small point source,surface source and flow source pollution,are evaluated.In addition,all aspects of the assessment of the air quality and the actual needs of the residents should be included.
