At present,China is facing a transformation from a big manufacturing country to a powerful creative country,and innovation as its driving force becomes the core of national development strategy.As two of the main complex problems solving methods,extenics and TRIZ has been used widely in engineering field after many researches doing efforts.Under this background,aiming at the problem of low efficiency and innovation degree in the complex equipment design progress,a new method,combining the advantages of Extension that it has the process to modeling and TRIZ that it has the broad and pratical knowledge base,is proposed,and used in the innovative design of high cutting room.Based on this,the main work of this paper are as follows:(1)Researching comparative and model transformation between Extension and TRIZ theory.The thinking method,the innovation tool and the application results of extenics and TRIZ theory are summarized and it concludes that both of them use the transformation and resource exploration methods to solve the contradiction problems.However,because of the diffierences of the times and background,extenics has advantages in modeling and expression,while TRIZ focuses on its simplicity.It vertifys the feasibility and necessity of ingegration of the two systems.Meantime,the field model,SVOP model,ENV model and the inventive principles of TRIZ are exptessed as the element model,and it build the conversion channel for the integration.(2)The design of innovative process based on integrated extensics and TRIZ.Aiming at the problems of analyzing the trouble,transforming the conceptual solution,reusing knowledge,ranking the scheme,existing in using the TRIZ,the integrated innovation process is constructed.It uses the element model to express and analyzes the problems to get the basic problem set.According to the classification of the problem,the solution is obtained by TRIZ,and is convertted into basic transformation to operate the parts for getting the specific scheme.Finally,the optimal scheme is obtained by sorting the scheme with the correlation function and the ideal degree.On the one hand,it reduces the difficulty and raises the leval of innovation,on the other hand,it provides ideas for intelligent problem solving.The feasibility of the process is certified by the example of innovating the high level cutting room in the platform of PRO/INNOVATOR.(3)Design of intelligent porotypes system for innovating the cutting room.Based on the above theoretical research,using C++ and SQL programming tools,solidworks platform,and pro/innovator knowledge base,a computer aided intelligent innovation design program is developed for designing the cutting room.It is proved that design method integrating extensics and TRIZ can promote the development of intelligent innovation and it has practical significance to simplify the innovative design process and improve the level of innovation.
