With the rapid development of CNC technology,CNC engraving machine is becoming more and more popular which has been widely used in all walks of life.As the main part of CNC engraving machine,the quality of transmission system of the CNC engraving machine will directly affect the efficiency and the quality of engraving machine.At present,the mechanical transmission modes of engraving machine mainly comprises a gear rack drive,the ball screw drive and belt drive.According to the survey,the majority of the enterprise who use these three ways design products only by experience and for the consideration of energy efficiency is not so important.In the three transmission modes of carving machine,the precision of the ball screw drive is the highest,and the price is more expensive;the accuracy of ordinary screw relative is low,and the price is relatively cheap.Most rack and pinion are used in some large engraving machine which accuracy is not so high,but they speed and strength.Now,the use range of synchronous belt is very wide which can not only replace the coupling but also can replace the ball screw drive in a certain range.However,the belt gap and elasticity result the decrease in accuracy.But the advantage is assembly requirements reduced and more convenient.But the problems of energy consumption of the three transmission modes are not excessive research.This paper presents the optimization of CNC engraving machine drive system.Being aimed at ZH-1325VS CNC engraving machine,based on the analysis of the present situation of CNC engraving machine drive system,I analyze the control system of motor in theory on the three kinds of traditional mechanical transmission mode and research on optimization design on the precision of transmission,transmission efficiency and energy consumption.At the same time,analogy the drive control system to drive motor and designing the hardware circuit and software program.Through the calculation of driving motor power and torque characteristics of the motor model,I choose the applicable motor model to this research and carry on the matching research with the transformer.Based on the comparison of CNC engraving machine motor drive methods,I have optimized design of the motor control system.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the control algorithm,be compared with the control principle and the analyzation of the control algorithm.Using the simulation software to give out the emulation,and I have stepped the further grasp on the motor control of the CNC engraving machine.
