In recent years,pecan has become a popular upscale nut and gets the wide recognition of consumers,because of its high value of nutrition and unique taste,which has also gradually become a more and more popular nut.Therefore,it is an important process to solve the walnut production process.Aiming at this problem,this paper makes a detailed study and design of the walnut shell production line and its automatic control system.According to actual production requirement,combining with ningguo city's a pecan processing production line production situation of mechanical processing equipment,which mainly uses industrial automation control technology and then designs a automatic PLC control system whose working mode can be adjusted,and whose working state can be displayed in real-time,The control system adopts PLC control technology to control pecans a breaking machine,air separation type shell and kernel of centrifugal separator and secondary low damage breaking separator,nucleolus color separator and a series of mechanical equipment in real-time,which greatly improves the efficiency of pecan processing production and nucleoli the whole kernel rate and working reliability.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part summarizes the development process of the production line and the mechanism of cracked shell of pecans in the domestic and foreign countries in recent years,and then develops the research purpose,research scheme and technical route of this paper.The second part describes the process flow and various kinds of crusher mechanical equipment in the production line of pecan,and also describes the working principle of the main machining equipment in turn.The third part determines the control system's overall control plan,control requirements and design principles.The fourth part elaborates the composition of the hardware circuit according to the overall control scheme of the control system,which complete hardware configuration and related electrical components selection according to the control requirements,the control system assign I/O address in the control center,and the electrical schematic diagram is drawn in combination with the control scheme to design and install the electrical control cabinet.The fifth part explains the communication protocol principle of configuration software in this control system,and solves the real-time communication problem of the upper computer and the s7-200 PLC and the inverter.At the same time,PID controller is used to adjust the motor speed of key machinery in the production line.This paper completed the PID parameter setting of motor speed adjustment mainly by simulating on MATLAB platform.This paper completed the software design and screen display by PLC program and touch screen program.The sixth part expounds the debugging and testing process of the control system for the automatic production line of walnut cracked shell,with pecan hatching rate,nucleolus damage rate and machining efficiency as standard,to evaluate the result of the test and measurement,the results show that pecan hatching rate is high,the nucleolus damage rate is low,breaking machining efficiency is high,eggs,effectively improve the quality under the control of pecan shell production line in the PLC control system.
