In the context of Industry 4.0,mass customization production models have been widely used in more and more enterprises.On the premise of meeting the needs of diversified customers,the urgent problem we need to solve is to achieve the high efficiency of production.Product configuration is a key factor and important methods in the implementation of mass customization,but the current product configuration does not apply to the products with features of "few parts and many processes".So the configuration of this kind product is more challenging and more important.Aiming at the current product configuration problem existing in this kind enterprise,it is very important to put forward a set of configuration flow and plans which is suitable for the rapid configuration.Based on the customer needs and modular technology,this paper makes an in-depth study on "few parts and many processes"(take pot product as an example)product configuration,and the main contents are as follows:(1)Expounds the relevant theoretical basis and key methods of customer demand analysis,customer demand transformation and modular product family design.Introduced the method of customer demand acquisition,recognition and expression;Overview of the concept of quality function configuration and axiomatic as well as the scope of application;The concept of product family,process platform,product family model,lay the theoretical foundation for the new model research(2)Proposed a method of obtaining generic customer demand.Analyzed the method of customer demand acquisition,and the method of information acquisition based on Web source is selected according to the comparison result.Meanwhile,choose K-means clustering method to cluster customer requirements and use customer satisfaction index to evaluate the clustering results.(3)Proposed a method of creating a method module library..Put forward the concept of the process module and the generic process module,create the generic process module model and set attribute variable and the variable parameter for the module model.Finally,take pot product as an example to apply this method.(4)Proposed a set of customer demand mapping and transformation method.Analyse the characteristics of pot products process,take the weight coefficient as the conversion core,transform the acquired customer demand into the functional requirement through the gray-related QFD.The functional requirements are transformed into the design parameters by the axiomatic design.Finally,transforms the design parameters into parameters which can be directly assigned to the module attribute variables in the instance library.In the process of configuring "few-part and multi-process" products,the division of the parts module is spread to the process modules corresponding to the parts.By this way,we can efficiently solve the problem of rapid configuration for those products with complex processes,improve production efficiency and reduce production costs as well.And thanks to the various conversion methods,which can meet a variety of customer needs in full.The research of this paper focuses on the mass customization environment,and it is more suitable for the configuration of complex process products.
