Research On The Control And Management Of The EPC Project In Coal Mongolia

At present,many domestic and foreign projects have chosen to use EPC management,it seems to have become a popular way of contracting.In recent years,EPC management in the domestic petrochemical industry,the emergence of more and more.This paper mainly introduces the design,construction,procurement of these three working sections of the project management.This paper first describes the project plan management theory and practice in foreign countries and our country's development,and then introduced the history of the development of such projects;secondly to formulate relevant progress plan and a detailed description of the project management control measures in the process,including the WBS division,weight division,planning,progress measurement plan,control;in the final statement of the article in the engineering development and process,the entire project plan and schedule control management may produce problems,this paper puts forward some improvement measures.With the development of petrochemical engineering more and more complex,the construction unit is more and more demanding on the general contractor's project duration.How to ensure that the project can be based on the progress of the project management is a necessary link.In this paper,combined with the engineering practice case,the author analyzes and studies the planning control management,summarizes some specific measures of the progress control,and can be used as reference for other similar projects.
