Research On The Economic And Social Factors Of Air Pollution And Governance Measures In Shandong Province

In the context of the process of accelerating industrialization and urbanization,environmental problems such as air pollution have become one of the focuses of the whole society.As an economic province,but also by the air pollution problems plagued areas,Shandong Province,economic development is also facing the constraints of the atmospheric environment.In this paper,the factors influencing the pollution of respirable particulate matter in Shandong Province were analyzed by STIRPAT model,and the specific contribution of the influencing factors to the pollution of respirable particulate matter was calculated.According to the calculated results,Shandong Province can be inhaled particulate matter without pollution to put forward some specific operational recommendations.First,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the whole pollution of PM₁₀ in Shandong Province,and finds that there are seasonal and regional differences in the pollution of PM₁₀ in Shandong Province.Secondly,The paper analyzes the social and economic factors of PM₁₀ pollution in Shandong Province,and analyzes the contribution degree of the economic and social factors of respirable particulate matter in Shandong Province according to the gray relational analysis and STIRPAT model,and obtains the contribution of the specific economic and social factors.Population,motor vehicle ownership,housing construction area,urbanization level,total energy consumption,energy consumption per unit of GDP and so on are affected by the concentration of PM₁₀ pollution,including total energy consumption,motor vehicle holdings for Shandong Province respirable particulate matter The impact of pollution is greater.Again,this paper analyzes the successful experiences of the United States and Britain,summarizes the management measures and governance experiences worthy of reference.Finally,this paper puts forward some measures to control the pollution of respirable particulate matter in Shandong Province,including administrative means,scientific and technological means,economic means and legal means,so as to provide a positive effect on the treatment of respirable particulate matter in Shandong Province Helpful exploration.
