With the acceleration of economic growth,the scale of petrochemical industry continues to expand,forming an industrial agglomeration model.The centralized management model of Chemical Industry Park facilitates the development of chemical enterprises.However,in the whole production and operation of the park,a large number of hazardous chemicals with explosive,toxic and corrosive properties need to be disposed of.Moreover,the distance of the devices in the region is closely arranged,which is easy to cause more serious domino accidents.Therefore,controlling the scale of hazardous chemicals,determining the reasonable safety capacity of chemical industrial parks,and discussing the impact of Domino effect on the risk of parks are of great significance for risk management and safety production in chemical industrial parks.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Risk assessment theory and safety capacity definition of chemical industry park.From the risk and accident analysis of Chemical Industrial Park,the study of the effect of chemical plant is carried out.Define the definition and research scope of safety capacity,and clarify the research content.According to the acceptable risk standard value of fixed hazard sources,the personal risk benchmark of road transportation of dangerous goods in chemical park was put forward.Research on risk assessment procedure and calculation method of chemical industry park.The risk assessment procedure of Chemical Industrial Park is determined,and LOPA analysis and calculation of accident probability are proposed.The calculation method of risk capacity of chemical industry park is determined.Considering the risk of dangerous goods leakage caused by traffic and non-traffic accidents,the comprehensive probability correction coefficient is introduced,and the probability of major leakage accidents caused by traffic accidents is considered.Hazardous Chemicals Correction Coefficient is introduced to modify the consequences of different hazardous chemicals.The risk calculation method for road transportation of dangerous goods is determined.Study on Safety Capacity Model of Chemical Industry Park.According to the correlation between risk and safety capacity,the calculation program of safety capacity is determined,and the calculation model of safety inventory and road transportation safety capacity of chemical industry park is established.Considering the influence of different kinds of dangerous goods,the equivalent of dangerous goods is corrected.The safety capacity of road transportation considers the safety capacity of single and mixed transportation of dangerous goods.Optimizing the calculation model of safety capacity of chemical industry park.Considering the influencing factors of safety capacity,the evaluation system of dangerous goods inventory safety capacity and road transportation safety capacity in chemical industry park is established by selecting appropriate indexes.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the safety capacity evaluation model is optimized.Software system development and practical application.Based on the client/server application mode,the software system for safety capacity assessment of hazardous chemicals in chemical industry park is developed,which provides technical support for the research of safety capacity in chemical industry park.The research results are applied to the chemical industry park,its safety capacity is calculated,and suggestions are put forward,which provide guidance for the scientific management and decision-making of the chemical industry park.
