This thesis is aimed at choosing a relatively efficient nonlinear programming method and developing a software,to solve the problem of optimization of mine ventilation electricity cost.In consideration of the nonlinear programming model for mine airflow optimization,this thesis chooses flexible tolerance method to solve the problem.The method can be directly used,needless to linearize in advance.To shorten calculation time,the initial values are acquired by adjustment to mine ventilation network calculation results.To avoid iteration failure caused by various orders of magnitude of independent variables,numeric transformation is conducted to make the independent variables change between 0 and 1.Then it studies the effect of initial simplex side length,convergence precision and initial value on the computation result.The C# software developed in this thesis is “optimization software for mine ventilation airflow control”.It is based on worldwide used DXperience widget package.Software interfaces are reserved for user interface and program frame.Ventilation network calculation software is integrated with ventilation network optimization program so that it can use both function.The module of airflow network calculation also can be used independently.The software supports data format of xml and xls.Format of xls can take use of Excel to utilize batch processing function,which is suitable for calculation of large and medium-sized network.Import and export of data documents,discontinuous node number and consideration of natural ventilation pressure are realized in the software.The software is debugged successfully with a simple example.Based on checking computation,the optimization result can satisfy node air volume balance equation and mesh air pressure balance equation,and the total electricity cost of main fans and auxiliary fans is obviously lower than that in ventilation network calculation result.Additionally,the software is used in a realistic phosphorous mine ventilation system and works out an optimized plan for its ventilation airflow controlling.The plan includes the condition point of fans,air volume distribution in mining shafts and regulation value of increasing resistance and increasing pressure.It can not only make the air speed and volume meet the requirement,but also can optimize the total electricity cost(lower than result of ordinary airflow network calculation).
