Practical training is an important part of the electrical engineer skills training,which helps the maintenance staff learn the electrical engineers' skills and the transmission principle of the equipment,and facilitates the consolidation of relevant theoretical knowledge and master operation skills.The training system of the modular flexible production line in Mianyang cigarette factory has poor autonomy and cannot feedback the operation results in time,resulting in inefficient training and unsatisfactory training experience.In response to the training characteristics of the training system for modular flexible production line,a three-dimensional monitoring software was developed by fully integrating modular design method,virtual experiment technology,Maya modeling technology,Unity3 D virtual roaming technology,OPC communication technology,PLC and field bus technology,combined with the practical application of innovative experimental system for the electrical engineer skills training and logistics production line.Three dimensional monitoring software breaks the limitation of time and space,reduces users' training cost and improves training efficiency and effectiveness.The development process of software mainly includes four aspects: the optimization of 3D models,the realization of virtual roaming,the realization of communication between software and hardware,and the establishment of evaluation mechanism.Because the effect of 3D model processing will affect the development efficiency and maintenance of software,the Unity3 D resource monitoring tool Proflier is used to analyze the parameters that affect the performance of CPU,and Polygon Cruncher is selected to optimize the 3D model according to the parameter characteristics,which reduces the occupation of the development environment resources by the 3D model.At the same time,the game engine Unity3 D is used to design the virtual roaming of the user interface to enhance the three-dimensional experience,including the UGUI system's interface window design,the animation system's three-dimensional model animation demonstration,the virtual roaming combining the lighting system and the physical system.Through the network analysis of the training system,combined with the characteristics of the Unity3 D editor,the OPC protocol standard is used for the collection of on-site data,SignalR fusion OPCClient is used for real-time data transmission,and Unity3 D BestHttp and SignalR collaboration is used to build upper Machine client.Furthermore,the scene object and OPC information flow are configured in Unity3 D to truly realize the combination of virtual and real three-dimensional monitoring.Finally,a method of evaluating the effect of practical training is designed.Through EventSystem,the event monitoring mechanism of Unity3 D,a queue is formed for the operation event monitoring in the virtual environment,and a finite state machine mathematical model based on constraint set is created to process the training sequence of event queue generation.The score of skill training and the evaluation of user skills can be given through the comparison between training sequence and evaluation criteria.
